We've been a major contributor to Southern California's phenomenal growth. During World War II, we helped develop the Southland's burgeoning military infrastructure, followed by the newly established aerospace industry and its associated commercial and housing boom. We grew with the Century City expansion and the addition of many highrise buildings in downtown Los Angeles. In the 1980's, we entered the growing tenant development and retail sectors.
Our philosophy has always stressed quality workmanship and complete large projects under difficult circumstances and tight schedules - such as Disneyland's continuing upgrades and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the 1984 Olympics.
